The NewlineNY Ultra Slim Bathroom Scale is a new 2012-13 design featuring a sleek and cool look. This scale also comes with the latest "Auto-Step-On" technology. There is no need to tap, simply step on the scale to get a reading with a 5 seconds automatic shut-off to preserve battery. The scale features a wide platform and a large 3" LCD display. The Newline NY Ultra Slim Scale will be a great addition to any home décor. The unit switch press button is at the back of the scale to switch from Kg to Lb or St.
*** Scale must be placed on flat, level & hard floor for accurate weight; it will not work right on carpet or rug.
*** Please take off the battery protection tag for 1st time use. It may take a couple of weight calibration for the 1st time use.

Works well, looks nice

With prime, I got this in 2 days.Scale is very nice looking and it was easy to covert to LBS. Very slim and lite. Records weight in the matter of seconds.Would recommend for someone looking for a basic scale. Good product for the price. Can't beat it really.UPDATE:Stepped on today and it said 15.2 lbs - I tried everything and nothing makes it work properly. The battery is still good.Returning to Amazon tomorrow.

Excellent!

This scale was meant to replace our previous scale which shattered when my 10 yr old daughter weighing in at a monstrous 75 lbs (joking of course) stepped on it. This is a big step up from the previous one without a real increase in cost. It is very sturdy. It is very stylish. It does its job! I step on it...it shows me what I weight...case closed!

Bought for the family and everyone is happy. These scales are accurate and reliable and not broken yet. My family can be hard on things.If you are from Europe or Britain you can have your favourite units Kg or Stones as well as Pounds.
