Amazon was the seller. The picture on amazon makes this scale look a bit small, but it's not small. It measures about 17" long by 11" wide by 2.5" high (the measurements on amazon are correct). For me, the numbers are easy to read...they are about 0.5" tall and bold.There is a little knob under the front of the scale that's used to calibrate it to zero. It does go back to zero after I step off it; sometimes it goes a bit to the right or left of zero (if that happens, then I tap on the scale gently, and it falls to zero).No batteries needed! Yahoo!It is accurate. I get the same readings when I step on it multiple times.I use it on a level surface in my bathroom.The instructions that came with it are a single page, front and back. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Their website is precision one scales (no spaces) dot com. It is made in China.

The scale works great thus far:) very accurate, easy to zero and does not require batteries which is awesome! I expect to have for years to come!

I ordered this because I liked that it was supposed to have a large base and in some ways it does, the dial is large and easy to read, but the part where you stand is not as wide as my old digital scale, you have to stand with your feet really close together, it's kinda awkward. I also noticed I have to 'zero' the dial almost every time I use it.
